Privacy policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026
This site belongs to Frontways. We keep it simple: we collect as little as we can, we don’t track you, and we don’t sell anything about you to anyone.
What we collect
Only what you send us. When you fill in the form or email us, we get your name, your email address and your message. We use them to answer you and to talk about the project you asked about. Nothing else.
What we don’t do
- No cookies, no analytics, no ad pixels.
- Our fonts and images are served from our own site, not from Google or other third parties.
- We don’t sell, rent or share your details for marketing.
Videos from YouTube
Some work samples are YouTube videos. They load only when you click to play one, from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com). Once a video plays, YouTube (Google) handles that data underits own privacy policy.
Who else touches the data
- Cloudflare hosts the site. Like any host, it sees technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver pages and keep them safe.
- Google Workspace runs our email, so your messages to us are stored there.
- When you send the form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you’re a person and not a bot (no cookies, no tracking across sites), and we keep a copy of your message in our Cloudflare database so it can’t get lost.
- Resend delivers the form to our inbox and sends you a short confirmation email.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to answer you and work with you. If we don’t end up working together, we delete your message within two years. If we do, we keep what the law asks us to keep for invoicing and contracts.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we have about you, or to stop using it. Write to[email protected] and we’ll sort it out within a month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Legal basis
We use your details to answer your request and to take steps toward a contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and in our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f)).
